About & Approach -
InBody Psychotherapy is a space for those carrying the weight of trauma - personal, generational, or systemic. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, emotional overwhelm, and early experiences that continue to shape how they move through the world.
Healing isn’t about fixing - it’s about reconnecting. In our work together, we make space for the parts of you that have been hurt, quieted, or left behind. This includes not only personal pain, but the deeper imprint of systems and histories that may still live in the body.
My approach is grounded in somatic therapy, parts work, and nervous system regulation. Sessions might be spacious and still, or they might bring movement, emotion, or insight. We follow what feels true for you. I offer steady presence, and attuned support to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
I come to this work not just with training and experience, but with deep respect for your process. I walk this path in my own way, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and a strong container to hold whatever may come up.
Whether you’re moving through anxiety, disconnection, or the weight of past experiences, our work is about gently returning to yourself - with more trust, wholeness, and capacity along the way.
Therapeutic Offerings-
I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach to healing that integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities. This approach is designed to support you in healing from trauma, restoring balance, and reclaiming your personal power. Here’s how we work together:
Attachment-Based Therapy: We explore and heal the relational patterns shaped by early attachment experiences, creating a foundation for healthier relationships.
Somatic Practices: By tuning into the body, we address trauma stored in the nervous system, helping you restore safety, grounding, and emotional regulation.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): This method helps identify and heal fragmented parts of the self, allowing you to integrate and embrace all aspects of who you are.
Polyvagal Theory: We work with your nervous system to understand how trauma impacts emotional regulation. By re-regulating your body’s response to stress, we help restore calm and resilience.
Mindfulness: Mindfulness practices allow you to stay present, process emotions in real-time, and cultivate compassion, reducing reactivity and promoting healing.
Strength-Based Techniques: I believe in your inherent resilience. Together, we’ll identify and amplify your strengths, empowering you to heal and grow with confidence.
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration (optional): If you’re interested in exploring psychedelics for healing, I offer preparation and integration support to help you navigate these profound experiences with care and understanding.
Through this integrative approach, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal from childhood trauma, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and more. I’m here to guide you as you tap into your inner power, restore balance, and reclaim your peace.
Who am I -
I’m a therapist and a guide who believes in the power of healing and growth. Originally from Oregon, I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature, and that grounding influence shapes the way I approach my work.
My path to therapy has been deeply shaped by my own experiences. The tools and modalities I use - mindfulness, somatic practices, IFS, and energy work - have had a profound impact on my life, guiding me through healing and growth that I wasn’t sure was possible at that time. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing these techniques with others. I’ve seen firsthand how they can create lasting change, and I’m dedicated to supporting others in their own healing journeys.
I believe in the concept of the “wounded healer” - that our own challenges can be a source of strength and wisdom. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and tools to help you reconnect with your true self and move through life with more peace and purpose.
